Axiom at the 2024 SME Centre Conference: Unleashing the Potential of AI for Business Growth

Organised by SME Centres and supported by Enterprise Singapore, the annual SME Centre Conference is a flagship event for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This year’s conference, themed ‘Unleashing the Potential of AI for Business Growth,’ provided a platform for business leaders and industry experts to share their insights and experiences, addressing some of the key challenges that SMEs face on the ground.

Axiom was proud to participate in this prestigious event alongside Microsoft, showcasing the innovative Copilot for M365 to over 1,000 SMEs. During the exhibition, we had the honor of demonstrating the capabilities of Copilot for Microsoft 365 to Ms. Low Yen Ling, Senior Minister of State for the Ministry of Trade and Industry, and Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth. Our demo highlighted how Copilot can streamline daily marketing tasks and even assist in creating a new bubble tea marketing plan.

In an exciting development, EnterpriseSG announced that it will defray 50% of the Microsoft 365 Copilot licence costs for eligible businesses. Each SME can purchase up to 50 licences at the subsidised rate for a 12-month subscription period with AXIOM. The programme sign-up period is from 21 May 2024 to 20 November 2024.

The conference was designed to motivate SMEs to embrace artificial intelligence (AI) as a catalyst for their business development and transformation. Through plenary sessions and panel discussions, attendees gained valuable insights into how AI can boost efficiency, spur innovation, and enhance competitiveness.

The event also served as a vibrant networking hub, connecting nearly 1,000 SME business leaders, entrepreneurs, founders, and government representatives. It was an excellent opportunity to engage with business advisors and solution providers, fostering connections that can lead to future collaborations and success.
