Our team shared how Microsoft 365 Copilot brings the power of generative AI into everyday tools like Outlook, Word, and Excel — enabling users to summarize meetings, generate reports, and draft emails effortlessly. Visitors also learned about 50% PSG subsidies available for eligible solutions, making it easier for SMEs to adopt AI and cybersecurity technologies.

One of the event highlights was the live demonstration of Axiom’s AI Voice Agent, Mei Ling — a conversational AI assistant that can be custom-trained to understand each company’s products and services. Attendees were impressed by how Mei Ling can automate customer interactions, handle FAQs, and even support lead qualification — delivering efficiency and personalized customer engagement at scale.
