5 August 2021, Singapore – Axiom IT Solutions Pte Ltd launched its Teams Connector Messaging Cloud service (TC Messaging) in Singapore and the region. This cloud service enables Microsoft Teams users to send/receive chat messages to/from Whatsapp and Wechat.
Since the beginning of Covid-19, hybrid work environment has become the norm. The mode of engagement and interactions with customers has changed. Besides online meetings, there is an increase in the use of social messaging apps, such as Whatsapp & Wechat, for communications with customers and partners. But not all organizations are comfortable with this, as many have concerns over their lack of traceability, officiality and security, especially for business matters.
Axiom’s TC messaging solution bridge this gap. Over the past months, many organizations have adopted Microsoft Teams as their corporate collaboration tool for messaging and calling. However, natively, Microsoft Teams users can only send messages to another Microsoft Teams User. Our solution provides a bridge between Microsoft Teams and Whatapp & Wechat, enabling messaging across different messaging platforms.
