On 25 June 2014, Hong Kong Broadband Network Ltd (HKBN), a leading Broadband Service Provider in Hong Kong with more than 1.4 million subscribers, unveiled its CaaS Mobile Group Admin Apps at 2014 HKBN Solutions Day hosted at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. This product developed by AXIOM IT Solutions Pte Ltd, is part of HKBN’s Communication as a Service (CaaS) solution for their Enterprise customers.
This app enables the end users’ Administrator to manage their own CaaS settings using iPad, Android Tablets and Web interface. The interface is simple and easy to use. With this mobility solution, it reduces the process and time needed to make any changes, enhance productivity and improve customers’ satisfactions.
This app is designed to interwork with BroadSoft’s Unified Communication System. It is available for iPad, Android and Web interface.
