[SG] Microsoft Copilot Ambassador (Temporary Position)

Temporary Position  [From May 2024 onwards. Duration is adjustable depending on availability.]

Responsibilities:

This is role for promoting Microsoft Copilot for M365 to SME in Singapore to drive AI adoption in Singapore. You will be working closely with other marketing and technical team members internally as well as Microsoft Singapore.

The job expectations include: 

  • Working with marketing team on lead generation.
  • Response to phones and emails queries from SME on :
    – features and functionality of Copilot
    – our package information including government grant for SME
    – explains our sales terms and conditions
  • Perform demo and presentation to customers.
  • Ability to articulate the benefits use case of M365 Copilot for SME.
  • Explain and sell the solutions to customers.
  • Make telemarketing calls to customers to inform them of this new offering.
  • Send emails to customers to generate leads.
  • Database mining to uncover more contacts for this promotion.
  • Participate in trade shows and events.
  • Presentation and demo in corporate events and webinars.
  • Work closely with business operation team on purchase orders, invoicing and payment related matters.

    In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of inside sales activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handles renewals of customers licenses, subscriptions and support contracts.
    • Upsell and cross sell other services and solutions to existing customers.
    • Provide quotations and proposals to new and existing customers enquiries.
    • Tracking of renewal schedules, planning, forecast and reporting.
    • Create strategies and actions to achieve high renewal rates and upsell motions.
    • Building rapport and relationship with customers.
    • Get quotations from suppliers when needed.
    • Work together with marketing team for lead generation activities and follow up actions.
    • General Administrative duties.

    Requirements:

    • Fresh graduates from Polytechnic/university are welcome.

    [SG] Software R&D Engineer

    We are on a mission to develop next-generation intelligent apps, with a combination of AI, cloud, communications and mobile technology. We are seeking Software Developer, with a robust technical background and a passion for innovation to join our dynamic team.

    In this role, you will be reporting to the R&D Manager. Your primary role is to develop our advanced intelligent application and ensuring the optimal performance of our existing systems.

    You will be involved in the complete software liftcycle starting from conceptualising of the product, design, development, implementation, training and support. You may also tasked to maintain our existing systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop cloud based Intelligent application, which may covers both back-end and front-end based on requirements.
    • You are required to collaborate with other team members on the development works.
    • Maintain and enhance on existing projects
    • Contribute new ideas and approaches
    • Setup and configure backend cloud infrastructure for hosting the solution.
    • Troubleshoot any software issues.

    • Knowledge in Database design and development e.g. SQL and NoSQL.

    [SG/MY] Microsoft 365 Cloud Systems Engineer

    In this role, you will be reporting to the Enterprise Cloud Team. Your primary role is to assist customers in performing system implementation and migration to Microsoft 365 cloud system.  You are also requires to provide post implementation training and support to the customer.

    Responsibilities:

    • Setup and configure backend cloud infrastructure.
    • Migration of customers existing services to the cloud platform.
    • Implement Security features for the customers including Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Intune.
    • Setup configurations for customer on their computing devices, including PC, Notebook and mobile devices.
    • Assist customers in AI Readiness Assessment, Implementation and Enablement of Microsoft Copilot (AI).
    • Provide technical advise and assistant to SME customers.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
    • Perform testing and commissioning works.
    • Provide technical support to customers.
    • Liaise with solution experts on faults escalation.
    • Provide basic user training to customers for standard operations.

    Requirements:

    • Working knowledge and experience of cloud platform such as Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure will be necessary.

    In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of business operations, with exposures to sales and marketing activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform daily operations duties including tracking of business transactions, invoicing, payment and logistic arrangement.
    • Liaise with suppliers and customers on business operations matters.
    • Assist in drafting sales proposals and quotations for customers.
    • Perform procurement functions, build rapport and getting best price from suppliers.
    • Support marketing planning and participate in marketing activities, when required.
    • Consolidate and compile monthly business reports (eg. Sales Revenue, Cost, AR & Collections, Inventory, etc) for Business Management Review.
    • Analyse supplier invoice to detect any gaps or billing errors from Supplier.
    • Analyse monthly billing reports to detect any billing errors and abnormality.
    • General Administrative duties.

     Requirements:

    • Fresh graduates from Polytechnic/university are welcome.
    • Knowledge of business admin, accounting, finance or marketing, will be advantages.
