Axiom demonstrate Carrier IoT Solution & Microsoft Phone System at Microsoft Tech Summit

On 17 & 18 January 2018, Axiom IT Solutions demonstrated Axiom Carrier Class IoT Solutions and Microsoft Phone System at Microsoft Tech Summit @ Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

The IoT solution consist of a wide varieties of sensors, IoT Gateway with Intelligent Edge, a centralized management system, Intelligent Cloud with Data Analytics and AI. Also included is a customer service portal, field engineers apps and users portal+mobile apps. It provides a foundation for Telco/Service Providers to offer a fully managed IoT solution for their customers. Vertical solutions such as Elderly Care and Security solutions can be added to the common platform easily.

The Microsoft Phone System is a hosted UC solution based on Microsoft 365. It supports multiple end points including Soft Clients on PC, Mobile Clients and IP Phones. Axiom top it up with PSTN connector service to connect this cloud PBX to the PSTN. It enables our Office 365 customers to maximize their investment with cost savings and higher productivity.

Axiom – Tilgin partner for Telco IoT & Smart Home solution

Axiom announced the strategic partnership with Tilgin AB for the IoT & Smart Home solution for Telco customer, on 30 June 2017. This partnership complement Axiom’s suite of IoT Cloud Applications and mobile apps. it allows a full-scale deployment of an end-to-end solution enabling and controlling the connected Smart Home. Delivery include traditional gateway software, a Smart Home software platform, Management system, cloud server solution, client- and customer care portals, Operation support mobile system, and smart apps for home users.

Axiom connects Microsoft Office 365 Cloud PBX to PSTN at Cloud Expo Asia

On 12 October 2016, Axiom introduces its latest professional communications solution that will integrate Microsoft Office 365’s Skype For Business Cloud PBX with the local Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), at Cloud Expo Asia. This facilitates effective communication at the desk and even whilst users are on the go, enabling calls to mobile and landlines from applications such as Microsoft Outlook and Skype for Business clients, without the need for the traditional on premise PBX. Plus, users are also reachable via public DDI telephone numbers supplied by their local telecommunications provider.

Axiom demonstrated Microsoft O365 Cloud PBX with PSTN Integration

On 2nd August 2016, Axiom demonstrated an end-to-end integration of Microsoft O365 Cloud PBX / E5 plan with connectivity to local telco via SIP Trunking, during Microsoft O365 birthday celebration luncheon at Microsoft Auditorium Singapore.

This solution enables office 365 users to make calls between Office Applications (eg. Outlook) / IP phones and PSTN (ie. Landlines / mobile phones). It means O365 customers can now move their on-prem PBX into the cloud with O365, and enjoy a fully integrated UC solution with their O365 suites of products including emails, outlook, sharepoint, office apps, etc. It eliminates the need to maintain a separate PBX system for voice communications with the outside world.

According to Microsoft, this is the first demo of O365 Cloud PBX with PSTN Integration in Singapore and the region.  It has attracted a lot of interest from existing O365 customers as well as new users.
